Get builder introductions →Or skip the wait — a handful of finished and under-construction homes are for sale right now.

Available lots can be purchased today. Reserved means a buyer has placed a hold (typically on a Phase 2 lot) ahead of the plat recording. Pending lots are under contract and headed to closing. Home for sale means a builder owns the lot and the house on it is listed.

For serious buyers we offer a Lot Reservation Agreement that reserves your specific lot now, so you aren't competing for it the day the phase opens. Ask us and we'll walk you through it.
No — but every builder (including owner-builders) is approved by the Developer before buying a lot, using the Builder Approval Application. We can introduce you to any of the builders already active in the community, or walk your own builder through the process.
